Your box is designed and put together by me, Emma.
I'm an award-winning speaker, designer and entrepreneur. Which may sound fancy but basically means I can talk, colour in and have lots of ideas but not much sleep.
I have, however, through my YouTube content, blogs, autobiography, tv appearances, stand-up comedy and talks helped hundreds of thousands of people find confidence, resilience and fun in their everyday lives (something I've done for myself every day since being diagnosed with Parkinson's over 11 years ago.)
